映画で英語の文法を勉強しよう！

今回も映画で英語シリーズです。

今回は、ラ・ラ・ランド！

ラ・ラ・ランドは、2016年に公開されたミュージカル映画です。

物語は、女優を目指すミアとジャズミュージシャンのセバスチャンが、ロサンゼルスで夢を追いながら恋に落ちる様子を描いています。

鮮やかな音楽とダンスシーンが特徴で、キャラクターの感情や葛藤を表現しています。

ピアノやダンスが印象に残る映画です。個人的にジョンレジェンドが歌うシーンが好きです。

今回も映画の内容から問題を出しています。問題文も英語にしているので、前回よりは少し難しいかもしれません。

※ 細かいですが、expressing は現在分詞として Characters を修飾していると考えても良いのですが、動名詞とその意味上の主語と捉えるのが良いです。

※ 仮定法を用いていないので、機会は現実的に結構あるんでしょうね。
