Copy somebody else's idea. Aspiring entrepreneurs that would say, "Oh, I came up with a business idea, but somebody else had done it, so I'm not going to do it." I would say tick in the box. That's fantastic because it proves the model works. So, copy an idea, make it a bit better, and then go bigger and quicker. But don't go big until you've properly proved out the model. Bootstrap your business. Uh get an investor when you need to go big. There's loads of people that are scared of copying other people's business cuz they're they're scared of being called copycats. What do you say to those? Forget about what you learned at school, which is that copying homework is bad.
