I introduce the formulas for calculating the maximum expected error estimating a definite integral with the Trapezoidal Rule and Simpson's Rule. Finish by working through four examples.
NOTE: There is an error calculating the maximum error with Simpson's Rule. At 9:36 I have 120/(1+3)^6 in the denominator, it should say 120/(1+2)^6. Annotation corrections have been added. My apologies.
